Renaming of the Organization: In June 2004, JSC "ARK Insurance Group" was renamed to JSC "Kapital Sug'urta." In June 2014, JSC "KAPITAL SUG'URTA" changed its company name to AO "KAPITAL SUG'URTA."

Insurance License: AO "KAPITAL SUG'URTA" holds an insurance activity license with the number SF № 00010, issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on January 20, 2021.

Types of Activities: The license obtained by the company allows operations in 17 classes of general insurance, covering both voluntary and compulsory types of insurance. This includes health insurance, property insurance, vehicle insurance, liability insurance, and other areas, offering clients broad opportunities to protect their interests and assets.

Authorized Capital: The authorized capital of AO "KAPITAL SUG'URTA" amounts to 40 billion soms. This capital ensures financial stability and customer trust, allowing the company to develop successfully and provide high-quality insurance services.

Shareholders of the Company: The company has 113 shareholders. Of them, 21 legal entities own 75.47% of the shares in the authorized capital, indicating a high level of corporate responsibility and stability. The remaining 92 shareholders are individuals who hold 24.53% of the shares, reflecting a broad interest and involvement of private investors in the company’s activities.
