Doctor of Medical Sciences Irgashev Dilmurad Saatovich
Irgashev Dilmurad Saatovich - Doctor of Medical Sciences, physician of the highest qualification category, specializing in andrology, reproductive medicine, and sexopathology. He is the General Director of the multidisciplinary hospital "DOCTOR D" and the clinic "DOCTOR D IVF". He is a member of the International and European Association of Sexual Disorders (ISSM, ESSM), the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), the Russian Association of Human Reproduction, and the Chairman of the Association of Reproductive Medicine of Uzbekistan.
The Beginning of the Path
D.S. Irgashev began his path in medicine by entering the Tashkent State Medical Institute in 1977, graduating with honors in 1983 with a degree in "general medicine". In 1981, he began working as a visiting paramedic at the city ambulance and emergency medical care station. After completing his internship at the Denau Central District Hospital in 1984, he rose through the ranks from senior physician to substation manager and trade union chairman at the Tashkent Ambulance Station.
Scientific Activity
In 2000, D.S. Irgashev defended his PhD thesis, earning the academic degree of "Candidate of Medical Sciences". He is the author of numerous inventions and holds patents in various fields of medicine. His achievements were recognized with the Certificate of Honor from the State Committee on Science and Technology of Uzbekistan in 2001. Over his career, Dr. Irgashev has published many scientific papers on topics such as urology, nephrology, reproductive medicine, andrology, and sexopathology. In 2023, he defended his doctoral dissertation, earning the degree of "Doctor of Medical Sciences".
Continuing Education
Dr. Irgashev has continually improved his qualifications through internships at medical institutions in Europe, the USA, Israel, and other countries. In 1986-1987, he studied in Kyiv under Professor I.F. Yunda. From 1993-1994, he studied spermatology in Germany. In 2008, he completed advanced training in spermatology at the University of Bari-Lana in Israel.
Participation in Military Operations
Beyond his medical practice, D.S. Irgashev performed international duties, participating in military operations in Afghanistan. In 2018, he was awarded the medal "For Services to Healthcare" by the "VETERAN" association of veterans and disabled people of Uzbekistan.
Development of the Private Healthcare Sector
In 1987, Dr. Irgashev founded the first private clinic in Uzbekistan, later transformed into the hospital "DOCTOR DI". It was the first multidisciplinary private clinic in the country and became a training ground for specialists in urology, andrology, and sexopathology. Many of his students have since opened their own clinics, contributing significantly to the healthcare system. Dr. Irgashev has been recognized with multiple awards for his contributions to the development of Medical Tourism in Uzbekistan.
Educational Activities
In 2018, D.S. Irgashev launched the YouTube channel "Zhinsiy hayot", where he shares knowledge on sexual health. The channel has garnered about 1,170,000 subscribers and over 175 million views, reflecting the popularity and impact of his educational efforts.
Contribution to Medicine
Over the past 35 years, Irgashev Dilmurad Saatovich has significantly contributed to the development of private healthcare in Uzbekistan. As the founder and CEO of the DOCTOR DI hospital, he has introduced advanced treatment methods, fostered the professional growth of colleagues, and actively participated in international medical communities. In December 2022, under his leadership, the Institute of Reproductive Medicine and Genetics was founded. Its grand opening in April 2023 coincided with the first congress of reproductive specialists of Uzbekistan with international participation.
